SHIPMENTS
Over 93% of deliveries made within 2 working days in all over
Europe.
The shipments of the purchased products take place normally
within the 24-48 hours after receiving the
payment, unless otherwise specified in the listing itself.
The transport is entrusted to companies specialized, any delays due to inefficiencies and defaults of the company
transporter are not from therefore be charged to Loreta
srl.
The transporter is selected by Loreta srl
depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package
itself.
Shipping costs and times:
The cost of transport varies according to the weight and volume
of the merchandise itself, each advertisement shows the relative
price. Once entrusted the goods to the courier, delivery times are
to be estimated in 24-48 hours depending on the destination
(NB: for the most remote places and the Islands the times of
delivery can take 1/2 days).
Combined shipments:
By purchasing more items, the buyer has of course the right to
pay a single transport cost, proportional to the weight and the
volumetric size of the neck.
Check goods upon receipt
The customer is required to check the integrity of the goods upon delivery.
Any visible damage to the packaging or contents must be reported immediately to the courier, placing a specific reservation on the delivery note (e.g. "damaged packaging", "broken goods", etc.).
Furthermore, it is necessary to send written communication to Loreta S.r.l. within 24 hours of delivery, attaching photographic documentation.
In the absence of reports within the indicated times, the goods are considered accepted as intact and compliant, and it will not be possible to activate the return procedure for transport damage.
TERMS OF SALE AND TERMS OF SERVICE
At the time of purchase, the customer declares to have taken
view of the sales contract below, and of the conditions mentioned
therein.
Product features and prices
The characteristics of the products, including the selling
price, are shown in the online catalog and are visible at every
stage of the compilation of the order before the conclusion of the
contract.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, such as provided by the
ebay regulation.

Duration and validity of the offer
The conditions of the offer of each product are those reported

progress, FAUSTORICAMBI reserves the right to update the conditions
of the offer at any time and without notice.
Product warranties
All products sold by Faustoricambi are covered by the
manufacturer's conventional warranty, and for consumers only by the
legal guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity, pursuant to
art. 128 ff. d. lgs. n. 206/2005 (consumer code). To take advantage
of the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice you will
receive when purchasing the goods. The 24-month warranty applies to
a product that has a lack of conformity, as long as it is. the
product itself has been used correctly, respecting its intended use
and the provisions of the technical documentation supplied. The
timing of replacement, or any replenishment of spare parts depends
on the manufacturer. The repair or replacement of the product will
take place exercised by the assistance centers present on the
national territory or, in the absence of these, the buyer will have
to to send the product back to Loreta SRL at its own expense, which
will take directly charged with the necessary operations. For items
that are marked "other view details" and "used" the warranty is 30
days.
Disputes
For any dispute the competent court will be only and exclusively
that of FERMO.
RETURNS MANAGEMENT
Return for change of mind: The goods can
be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt using the
"Customer Order" form. The cost of shipping is borne by the
customer.
Return conditions:
The goods must be unused and with intact packaging. Scotch tape or
courier labels are not permitted on the original packaging.
Returns after 14 days:
- After 14 days, we accept the return by applying a 20% reduction
on the purchase value.
- After 30 days, the return will no longer be accepted.
Items excluded from return:
- Items specifically ordered by the customer and not available in
stock.
- Items cut to measure.
- Items intended for medical use.
Refund:
The refund of the amount initially paid will be made within 5 days
of receipt of the goods at our headquarters.
INVOICE REQUEST
The invoice will come issued automatically for each user
registered as a company. If a private person needs an invoice, he
will have to request it at the same time in the purchase notes
