Stick coated with a very high silver content (45%).
Maximum fluidity, welding speed, low heat input and high mechanical resistance make it an indispensable alloy for repairs, precision work and mixed joints. The extremely low melting temperature allows perfect brazing in air conditioning systems without altering the copper pipe. The exclusive formula of the deoxidizing coating (Elastec ™) makes it flexible, avoiding breakage.
To improve the quality and fluidity of the brazing and for mixed joints we recommend the use of Castolin DIS 8110, Activatec 8000 or Castolin DIS 6000 fluxes.
Applications: air conditioning, gas systems, water systems, air conditioning, heat exchangers, burners, stainless steel and brass equipment, systems in contact with freon.
