AIR CONDITIONING repairs leaks of a maximum size of 0.3 mm.

VERIFICATION TEST PRIOR TO USE (OPTIONAL)
1. Identify the Charging Valve on the Low Pressure side of the Refrigeration or Air Conditioning system and unscrew the
Cork.
2. Connect a vacuum pump and carry out the vacuum operation on the A/C system for 5 minutes.
3. Check the vacuum value obtained with a pressure gauge.
4. Turn off the vacuum pump and check that the vacuum value obtained is maintained for at least 4 minutes.
5. If it is not possible to respect this parameter it means that the flaw in the system is too large therefore the LEAK STOPPER FOR
REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS WILL NOT WORK.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Turn on the refrigeration or air conditioning system and adjust the temperature to minimum.
2. Unscrew the cap of the LEAK-STOP FOR REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS and connect the Adapter.
3. If using a Flexible Adapter, release the air in the Clear Tube.
4. Connect to the Charging Valve on the low pressure side of the A/C system and introduce the LEAK STOPPER FOR SYSTEMS
REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING.
5. If you are working on a vehicle without a charging valve on the low pressure side, it is necessary to use
a special adapter (not included).
6. Disconnect from the A/C system.
7. Keep the system switched on in these conditions for at least 30 minutes
