Description

Labyrinth filter for professional kitchen hood
The filters are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and are normally used as a filter medium in industrial kitchen hoods. The fat particles, heavier than air, collide with the "U" -shaped elements of the filter and are deposited on the internal surfaces of the same. An appropriate inclination of the filter allows continuous drainage of the grease in the lower channel. Safe and easy to clean, the labyrinth filter does not allow drops of fat to detach by gravity and fall onto the food and equipment below. Labyrinth filters have an unlimited life.
