HT PT92472 ELECTRIC RESISTANCE CONDENSATION HEATER FOR EVAPORATOR REFRIGERATOR COUNTER

The PT EV Series heaters have been designed
specifically for evaporating water residues
produced by the defrost cycle in the sectors of
refrigeration and air conditioning, using the
PTC technology (Positive Thermal Coefficient). They find
their most frequent application in cabinets and desks
refrigerators.
The PTC provides a heating power which is a function of the
temperature, thus emitting the maximum power to the
lower temperature and instead reducing the emission of
power as the temperature rises.
This system guarantees numerous advantages:
Security: in the most critical working conditions - ie in the
time when all the water in the tank has evaporated and the
resistance works discovery - the power absorbed by the PTC
collapses almost instantly to minimum levels, avoiding the
risk of damaging heater and pan.
