The under-boiler magnetic dirt separator allows you to eliminate dirt and debris from the heat transfer fluid that circulates inside the heating systems. It is used in all installations where it is necessary to effectively eliminate impurities from a heat transfer fluid.
Dirt and debris accumulate inside the systems, partly released by the calcareous deposits of the heat transfer fluid, partly generated by the corrosive phenomena that occur on the surfaces of the components of which the system is built. Furthermore, the impurities that are introduced into the system during the initial start-up phase should not be overlooked. The debris present in the heat transfer fluid deposits inside the main components of the system, such as radiators, thermostatic valves, faustoricambi, boiler heat exchanger, etc... and obstruct the internal passages, causing noise, inefficiency and malfunctions. If the debris is of the ferrous type, localized corrosive phenomena can be triggered. The under-boiler magnetic dirt separator protects and maintains all the components in the system at maximum efficiency.
