The item was supposed to arrive on September 11th or 12th. As of Saturday the 14th, it still had not even been shipped, yet the website still showed the original delivery dates. I contacted the seller who got back to me on Monday the 16th. He offered to ship it that day or refund the order. I chose to refund as I was able to get another part more quickly. We were tired of being without hot water in the house.
