High-efficiency Wilo Varios PICO-STG 30/1-8 single-phase 230 V electronically controlled circulation pump, designed for heating, air conditioning, geothermal and solar energy systems. Maintenance-free wet-rotor circulation pump equipped with a self-protected synchronous motor based on ECM technology and integrated electronic power control for modulating differential pressure regulation.
The pump features a grey cast iron housing with cataphoretic coating, PP-GF40 impeller, stainless steel shaft and metal-impregnated carbon bearings, ensuring high reliability even under high operating temperatures. It is equipped with Wilo-Connector electrical connection and PG11 cable gland.
Several preselectable control modes are available for optimal system load adaptation: constant differential pressure with three predefined characteristic curves, variable differential pressure with three predefined characteristic curves, and constant speed with three speed levels. External control via PWM GT signal for heating and geothermal systems or PWM ST for solar systems is also available.
According to official Wilo hydraulic data, the pump achieves a maximum head of 8.4 m and a maximum flow rate of 4.5 m/h, depending on the selected curve and operating point.
