High-efficiency Wilo Varios PICO-STG 25/1-8 single-phase 230 V electronically controlled circulation pump, designed for heating and air conditioning applications as well as for geothermal and solar energy systems. Maintenance-free wet-rotor circulation pump equipped with a self-protected synchronous motor based on ECM technology and integrated electronic power control for modulating differential pressure regulation.
The pump features a cataphoresis-coated grey cast iron pump housing, PP-GF40 impeller, stainless steel shaft and metal-impregnated carbon bearings, ensuring reliability and long service life even under demanding operating conditions and at high temperatures. It is supplied with an electrical connection cable with three-pole plug and Wilo-Connector, PG11 cable gland and IPX4D protection rating.
Several preselectable control modes are available for optimal adaptation to system load: constant differential pressure with three predefined characteristic curves, variable differential pressure with three predefined characteristic curves, and constant speed with three speed levels. External control via PWM GT signal for heating and geothermal systems or PWM ST for solar systems is also provided.
According to official Wilo hydraulic data, the pump provides a maximum head of 8.4 m and a maximum flow rate of 4.5 m/h, with values depending on the selected curve and system operating point.
