The TM 3000 mixing valves find application in those
heating systems (systems with heat generator
powered by solid fuel combined with a fuel tank
accumulation) where it is always essential to guarantee the return
of sufficiently hot water to the boiler, thus ensuring a
operating thermal regime high enough to
avoid condensation of vapors along the chimney. Such vapors
in fact, by combining with the products of combustion, they can
give rise to corrosive compounds that harm and limit life
of the boiler. With the use of TM 3000 valves the
following advantages:
- Increased combustion efficiency of the heat generator.
- Elimination of the risk of destructive thermal shock.
- Significant extension of the boiler's operating life.
The TM 3000 thermostatic mixing valve does not have
electrical devices/
electronic, with great benefit of reliability
and simplicity
of plant installation.
The one-piece lid of the thermostatic cartridge allows
a quick and simple replacement of the thermostat. To ensure
accurate precision, the thermostatic sensor is immersed directly
in the heat transfer fluid. Range of use: 5 – 110 °C.
Max working pressure: 10 bar.
