VTC511 CONDENSATION VALVE
The ESBE series VTC500 thermal mixer is used for
efficiently load storage tanks and protect boilers
solid fuel up to 150 kW from return temperatures too
low that otherwise would result in the formation of residues,
reducing the life of the boiler. Patent application pending.
OPERATION
The ESBE series VTC500 3-way thermal mixer is designed
to protect the boiler from return temperatures too
low. Maintaining a high return temperature
and stable ensures a higher level of boiler efficiency
reducing residues and increasing the life of the boiler.
The VTC500 mixer is used in applications
heating in which the tanks are fed by boilers a
solid fuel up to 150 kW. The valve is installed
in the return pipe to the boiler (50 C, 55 C, 60 C, 65 C or
70 C) or in the delivery pipe of the storage tank
(70 C). The first option is recommended as it offers one
simpler layout of the pipelines
expansion (see installation examples).
OPERATION
Since it regulates on two doors, the valve is easy to install and not
requires no regulating valve in the bypass line.
Valve operation is independent of the
mounting position.
The valve contains a thermostat that partially opens the
fitting A at a mixed water outlet temperature in the
AB fitting of 50 C, 55 C, 60 C, 65 C or 70 C. The junction B is
completely closed when the temperature in connection A
exceeds the nominal opening temperature of 10 C.
