MOTORIZED VALVES WITH INTERNAL ROTOR
ESBE actuator series ARA600 for ESBE thermostatic mixing valves, DN 15–50. The actuators have an adjustment range of 90° and can be easily adjusted manually. Registered and patented design.
OPERATION: The ESBE compact actuator series ARA600 is designed for internal rotor mixers DN 15-50. The ARA6X1, ARA6X2, ARA6X3 and ARA6X4 actuators are controlled by a 3-point signal and recommended for mixing applications. The actuator has an adjustment range of 90° and the valve can be operated easily manually by means of the button on the front side of the actuator.
VERSIONS: ESBE actuators with 3-point control signal are available for 24 or 230 V AC, 50 Hz, and are supplied with a 1.5 m connection cable. Furthermore, they are available with a wide range of rotation times from 30 to 1200 seconds. An auxiliary switch, which can be set in any position, is available as a pre-assembled component on the actuator (ARA6X2 and ARA6X4) or as an optional kit to be ordered separately. The auxiliary switch is easily set thanks to a unique solution. To access the switch, simply lift the button, without tools or disassembling any component.
SUITABLE THERMOSTATIC VALVES: Due to the special interface between the ARA600 series actuator and ESBE valves series VRG, VRB and VRH, the complete unit offers outstanding stability and control precision.
FITTING SET: The actuator is supplied with an adapter kit for easy mounting on an ESBE rotary mixer series VRG, VRB and VRH. Adapter kits can also be ordered separately.
